As an American, we can buy it from the "Society of the Crossed Keys" which may or may not be an accurate reproduction, but it's 122 pounds, or about 160 USD with shipping and taxes and conversion.. Not cheap, but not rare for finer colognes. They have had it for a while, though sad they didn't do anything for the 10 year anniversary.

I've been at the top a few times, you can definitely feel it swaying from inside. It's normal though, it's meant to do that.

For anyone wondering, the swaying is real. If the building were completely rigid, then the building would pretty much snap during a storm. If you have a less rigid building, it can taie more pressure. These buildings also usually have deep foundations.
